Delivery costs for your order are calculated on weight and size to get you the best deal. For lighter and smaller parcels we use Royal Mail. When you have placed your order we will calculate the weight and notify you of the shipping costs. We will always try to quote the cheapest and most reliable service.
For the convenience of our customers, we also offer a next day delivery service with APC Couriers. We recommend this service for urgent deliveries and heavy or very large items. The price for this service is £11.50 for up to 10kg, and heavier parcels are quoted on request. If you are not in when the courier calls, you can have your parcels left with a neighbour, or in a safe place you may have around your property. To do this, just add a note in the comments box. Please also use this box to help with any special directions if your house is hidden away, and anything else that might help such as 'mind the blood-thirsty dog' so we can keep our delivery people intact. It's also helpful for the deliveryman to have a telephone number in case he cannot find you. Unless you check your goods on the doorstep, please make sure that you sign for your parcel as "UNCHECKED". Failure to do so invalidates our postal insurance, and you will not be able to claim in the event of receiving damaged goods.

We also attend most of the Dry Slope Meetings during the summer season and are more than pleased to bring your order along in order to keep down the costs.

- We only ship to the UK (We do not provide a service to Northern Ireland at this time)
- All prices are inclusive of VAT.
- No goods will be shipped until all payments are cleared into our accounts.
- All damage must be indicated when signing for the goods. If you don't check the goods before signing you must sign UNCHECKED on the delivery sheet otherwise we cannot claim for damage caused in transit.
If you fail to check the goods or fail to sign unchecked on the delivery sheet your delivery insurance becomes invalid and no delivery damage claims will be allowed.
